Gregg Pauletti, MSc Co-Founder, NeuroSynchrony Health

Gregg Pauletti is the co-founder of NeuroSynchrony Health, a clinic dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate care for individuals seeking mental health and brain health solutions. With over 15 years of experience working with individuals facing mental illness, cognitive challenges, and executive functioning needs, Gregg is passionate about helping patients achieve meaningful progress in their lives.

After earning his Master’s degree in Counseling, Gregg trained under Dr. Alice Medalia of Columbia University, a renowned expert in Cognitive Remediation. This experience shaped his expertise in the NEAR Model of Cognitive Remediation and inspired his work in developing and directing the first non-residential cognitive remediation program in Connecticut. Today, Gregg continues to consult and install Cognitive Remediation programs across the NYC-metro area, bringing his knowledge and dedication to improving cognitive and emotional well-being to a broader community.

At NeuroSynchrony Health, Gregg plays a vital role in guiding the clinic’s work with advanced treatments like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and EEG-based therapies. His focus is on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel empowered to take control of their mental health journey.

Gregg lives in Greenwich, CT and enjoys golfing, playing basketball, spending time with his family and leading a non-profit foundation, The Golden Lights Foundation, which raises money and awareness for pediatric cancer.
