He completed his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University and currently holds the LPC-A designation. His clinical approach is integrative and relational, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic theory, strengths-based therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Julian is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Mental Health Literacy, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based care and accessible mental health education. Julian’s work focuses on helping adolescents and young adults build emotional insight, strengthen accountability, and develop future-oriented goals.
He is passionate about fostering resilience and confidence, creating a collaborative environment where clients feel supported and appropriately challenged. Outside of his professional life, Julian enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, playing basketball, powerlifting, and spending quality time with friends and family. He values connection, community, and continual growth—principles that guide both his life and his work as a clinician.
